Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our facility in Louisville, KY, USA.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to balance speed and cost:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Cost: $12.95 (applied to all orders).
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS (available for orders over $50).
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Cost: FREE on qualifying orders.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind every amplifier, speaker, and accessory we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a component might not fit your specific build. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair.
Core Policy Summary
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your shipment.
- Condition: Product must be in its original, uninstalled, and resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Process: Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step
- Initiate Your Request:
- Within 15 days of receipt, email our support team at [email protected].
- Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Include your order number and details about the product and reason.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions:
- Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll email you an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
- Do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship to our returns facility (address provided in instructions). We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Completion:
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange item.
Refunds: Timing & Method
- Timing: After we approve the return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Note: International transaction fees charged by your bank are not refundable by Stinger Audio Store.
Exchanges
For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the specialized nature of our inventory and to ensure every customer receives brand-new, fully functional components, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive dead on arrival (DOA) or are fundamentally defective:
- Opened or Installed Electronics: Any product where the serial number seal is broken, or the item has been installed, wired, or mounted. This includes:
- Amplifiers (Amps, Hi-Res Amplifiers)
- Receivers (Android Auto Receivers, Apple CarPlay Receivers, CD/DVD Receivers)
- Backup Cameras & Dash Cams
- Car Alarms & Remote Start Systems
- Installed Detectors
- Cut or Modified Items: Any wiring, speaker cable, or installation accessory (from categories like ATV/UTV Accessories & Installation Parts, Car Accessories) that has been cut, trimmed, or altered from its original state.
- Special Order/Clearance Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
